As a senior wearing hearing aids for 18 years, I came to Brittany for help with getting the correct fit for new ite hearing aids, which was having trouble with from another company. Through patience, knowledge and professionalism Brittany found the right hearing aids for me. Brittany and her staff are always helpful, friendly and polite. I highly recommend Niagara Hearing & Health for any hearing issues.
My mother had part of her hearing aid stuck in her ear, and we went to this clinic. We were not a patient and the Specialist took care of her problem, quickly efficiently, and politely I didn’t charge her a dime would highly recommend this clinic to anyone very impressed.
So impressed with the customer service here! Have been myself and with my kids and was very happy! Brittany is welcoming, intelligent and made us all fell very comfortable! Highly recommended!
