So impressed with the customer service here! Have been myself and with my kids and was very happy! Brittany is welcoming, intelligent and made us all fell very comfortable! Highly recommended!
While I haven’t utilized Brittany’s services for my own hearing health, I have consulted with her many times about my 5yo son’s recurring ear infections while we waited for an ENT appointment. Brittany’s knowledge, understanding and experience in the hearing field is the epitome of what you would hope for as a parent trying to navigate an unfamiliar area. I had my ears cleaned for the first time in years at the new Niagara Falls location. Brittany was just incredible! She was kind and gentle and very informative of all the steps making me feel absolutely comfortable throughout the whole process. I left feeling like a totally new person and now can hear so much better! I couldn’t recommend these lovely ladies enough ! 10/10
The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll return for yearly hearing tests and all other future needs.
