On my first visit their internet was out and they were going to send the receipt and a prescription by email when it was restored. Never got the email so emailed them and they did send the receipt but never sent the prescription. The most frustrating thing was I emailed them several times asking for it and the emails were all completely ignored. Disappointing and I'll have to find another clinic.
I would highly recommend this clinic for any foot care needs. Administrative staff in Welland were very attentive, informative, and always a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Diana Farrow from consult to post-op was everything I could’ve hoped for from a physician in this scenario, and did a fantastic job on repairing my feet after nearly a decade of trouble. I always enjoyed chatting with her during my appointments, and she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Niagara FCC!
I felt well cared for, concerned about and informed... I haven't received my orthotics yet but I expect it will be as good as the service went.
I went to this clinic last year with planter fasciitis symptoms in the my left foot. I walked into my appointment prepared to pay for orthodics and new properly fitted shoes. I met with Shirley (I think that was her name). She barely examined me, confirmed the planter fasciitis, and sent me home with a page of exercises.
