Tony came within a couple of hours on a Friday afternoon to troubleshoot a problem with my wired smoke alarms at my house and didn’t charge me for their service! Made great recommendations and made a generous offer to come back and help make sure they get installed correctly. Incredibly generous. Good people

Tony from Niagara Fire Alarms was very helpful when we had an issue with one of our Carbon Monoxide detectors. He was extremely helpful, considerate and informative over the phone. Subsequently, he made a same-day service call to our home even though it was late evening. He helped resolve our problem without any delay.
