I had an issue on Saturday morning while using the toaster — both outlets suddenly lost power. After trying several things on my own, I searched online for service providers and, without much expectation, sent emails or text messages to a few of them asking for quotes or assistance. Before long, Juno reached out to me and kindly explained several possible solutions over the phone. Thanks to his help, I was able to restore power to both outlets and return to my normal routine.
