I had an issue on Saturday morning while using the toaster — both outlets suddenly lost power. After trying several things on my own, I searched online for service providers and, without much expectation, sent emails or text messages to a few of them asking for quotes or assistance. Before long, Juno reached out to me and kindly explained several possible solutions over the phone. Thanks to his help, I was able to restore power to both outlets and return to my normal routine. I truly appreciate your kindness. Thank you.
Juno and Collin came through in a pinch for me to help solve an issue with water leaking into my breaker panel. They were able to come by immediately! They seem to have solved the issue and helped to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend!
