I made an appointment for almost 20 days to wait for the air ducts to be cleaned and the company disappointed me. Some of the vents haven't even been removed to clean them. Originally, there was a smell in the ventilation duct in one room. Although it subsided a bit after they cleaned it, the smell spread to the next room.
Doesn't pick up the phone.
We had Jack in to do duct and dryer vent cleaning today, and found him to be very professional and informative throughout the process. We highly recommend Niagara Duct Cleaning for all your vent cleaning needs!
Amazing service! They were able to squeeze us in on short notice and worked hard at the end of their day to still get the job done! Dave and Matt were friendly and professional Wonderful from start to finish - and my house smells like thyme and lemon :)
