1 Star — Extremely disappointing experience We had our air ducts professionally cleaned by this company in May. At the time, the technician changed the furnace filter. ,We then changed the filter again ourselves shortly afterward because we understood that we were supposed to replace it. So the filter was not left in place for three months. Excellent people to deal with. The office was very professional and knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. The field technician was top shelf and very conscientious. I would definitely recommend them and I will be a returning customer.
