This was our first time using Niagara Duct Cleaning, and it certainly won't be the last. From my initial phone inquiry to meeting Matthew and Chad on the scheduled service day, the entire experience was overwhelmingly positive. Matthew and Chad were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Niagara Duct Cleaning to anyone.
The guys were here today to clean my air ducts. They have done such an amazing job! They took their time, were very thorough, friendly and professional.
Our furnace tech had recommended we get the ducts cleaned. We learned they had probably never been done. We definitely are pleased with the cleaning would highly recommend this company. Did not get names of the guys doing the cleaning but they were awesome!
With the amount of duct cleaning scams, it is very difficult to find a reliable company that provides affordable and knowledgeable services. excellent customer service.. very understanding and knowledgeable great price and great work... they came to my home worked with me very well and had patience while i had to move stuff that was in their way.. even played with my pet bunnys.. will call again for next duct cleaning 5 star for sure
