I cannot say enough good things about Martine and Geoff at Niagara Drain Master. After realizing the exterior basement walkway drain was clogged and flooded after recent heavy rainfall, we immediately googled nearby plumbers / drainage experts. I have one happy mother this a.m. The stress of a possible broken sump pump with more expected rain was very stressful. One call, my mom said a lovely lady picked up the phone and organized for Geoff to call her back. Promptly, Geoff called and arrived at her home. He was able to replace the pump and get her up and running! Took his time to explain how the pump works and how to check it in the future. Our family appreciates you and coming to help our mom on a Saturday evening!!!! Thank you.

Geoff from Niagara Drain Master installed our sump pump system with battery backup. He was professional and punctual. Communication was excellent from start to finish.
