BEWARE!!! DANGER!!!! – DANGER!!! My company was a loyal customer for years. Service has gotten so bad with this company that we moved to a new provider. When the driver came to pick-up his equipment he became HOSTILE AND THREATENING!!! I had to call Niagra's HR Department and threaten to call the police to get this maniac off the premises. BEWARE!!!
Customer Service, if you can call it that, stinks – I don't know if Niagra was recently bought out by new owners or what, but recently their customer service sucks! Try call them on the phone. They never answer; it's always a recording and endless waits to be finally put thru to a voice mail. Their drivers are really nice, accomodating and do an excellent job, but the office help seriously lacks competence.
