Rude employees.
I've called twice. Both times I was spoken down to treated like a 3rd class citizen. Both Dan and Carrie Lynn have spoken to me in a condescending manner. Carrie Lynn was so rude she interrupted me many times and would not listen. Carrie Lynn in my opinion should be let go. Poor people do not deserve her very special kind of disrespect. Dan could not answer simple legal questions that he should definitely know the answer. Terrible service. Very very very bad. Not helpful in the least.
