If I could give 10 stars I would. My parent has had exceptional care for almost 4 years from Niagara Personnel and recently we needed a new caregiver to fill in during a leave and we were quickly accommodated with a wonderful caregiver. Kim and Cherie are absolutely wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. . They promptly return calls and emails. Anytime I hear that someone needs care for their parent I pass on their number . If you need home care for a loved one in Niagara —- look no further.

We had an exceptional experience with Niagara Caregivers. The owners, Cherrie & Kim were truly extraordinary to deal with. From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I Have been dealing with Kim from Niagara caregivers for years now and I could not be happier with their service
This company charges a large placement fee for providing access to workers and their resumes. you can do this work yourself! we have found much better help posting ads and screening care givers ourselves. they charge over $3500 fee to send you workers that they do not provide any training for and from what our experience was, never followed up on the worker and the services or the client.
