We had an exceptional experience with Niagara Caregivers. The owners, Cherrie & Kim were truly extraordinary to deal with. From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I Have been dealing with Kim from Niagara caregivers for years now and I could not be happier with their service
This company charges a large placement fee for providing access to workers and their resumes. you can do this work yourself! we have found much better help posting ads and screening care givers ourselves. they charge over $3500 fee to send you workers that they do not provide any training for and from what our experience was, never followed up on the worker and the services or the client. I spoke with someone here about coming to work at my senior father’s house 4 hours a day every other week to clean and do laundry. The person who answered the phone hemmed and hawed that she could find someone able to “come out there”. (Despite their name, they are, apparently, based out of Hamilton, not Niagara.) Then I was told that I would need to pay the agency $600 in addition to the $30/hour to the cleaner because “we do the police checks on the girls”. I’m not sure what the story is here but something seems off.
