This company charges a large placement fee for providing access to workers and their resumes. you can do this work yourself! we have found much better help posting ads and screening care givers ourselves. they charge over $3500 fee to send you workers that they do not provide any training for and from what our experience was, never followed up on the worker and the services or the client. I spoke with someone here about coming to work at my senior father’s house 4 hours a day every other week to clean and do laundry. The person who answered the phone hemmed and hawed that she could find someone able to “come out there”. (Despite their name, they are, apparently, based out of Hamilton, not Niagara.) Then I was told that I would need to pay the agency $600 in addition to the $30/hour to the cleaner because “we do the police checks on the girls”. I’m not sure what the story is here but something seems off.

Niagara got us Eidelette around 10 years ago. She was a godsend and spent years and years helping us and our family out, and she truly became part of our family. It was my first time using Niagara, and my first time paying a fee to get help at home. Now 10 years after the fact, I would pay 10 times what I paid, and would still have been more than worth it. It’s a review that’s too late, but better late than never
