I send my ford escape for clicking sound in the back, they told me it needs rear Differential replacement, they kept the car for two weeks and then called me to receive it and pay $4376.98 for the repair which was more than what the ford dealer charges and then they said the car needs brakes, but I said , why didn't you call me earlier to mention this when you had the car setting in your shop for two weeks , ( is it a way of getting more money out of me) I was just thinking in my head.
