Nishita, the manager, was very attentive and quick to resolve an issue. I came here because my dad told me he trusts them and I definitely agree.
I am very disappointed in my visit. I went to get my tires switched from winters to summers, I have been here before with no issues and my boyfriend is also a long term customer here. I checked in as normal, gave my key to the lady at the front desk I believe it was Nishita, and things were going fine. Not even 10 minutes after, some guy walks in whose name I found out is Matt, points at me aggressively, says my name and says "you need to come with me right now". When I say I'm impressed I'm beyond thankful and impressed with the service ! Im 6 months pregnant, my car wouldn't stop and it was right across the road (visual from the location) Nishita went above and beyond by bringing a battery pack to my car so I could get the car started and over to them. They did a battery check and replaced the battery quickly. I'm so thankful for this service and making it so easy for me going above and beyond was the cherry on top (car issues are already stressful). Thank you again for everything!... read more
I had my brakes replaced here in 2022. I don't drive my car often, I've moved and brought my car elsewhere to be serviced because of the distance. It was brought to my attention there was an important bolt that was not put back when the last service was done. There was no difference to me in the way the car drove, and I'm very lucky to be an occasional driver who didn't get hurt upon driving a car this way.
