I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Niagara Battery & Tire was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. We purchased four brand-new tires from Niagara Battery & Tire based on their recommendation. Just nine days later, the rear passenger-side tire went flat while we were at the 7-Eleven just down the road from their Hartzel location. Just want to thank Niagara Battery & Tire. They patched my tire and I was told from BMW Performance that I needed a new tire. That it was not fixable!!! They quoted me for a new tire for $500. Niagara Battery and Tire fixed it for $40. So happy that I got a second opinion and shame on BMW Performance for being so dishonest.
I've taken my car here a few times now for new tires, seasonal tire changes and yesterday I had a flat that needed a new tire entirely. They were super professional in assisting me with getting it changed quickly and I genuinely trust their services and expertise. Their pricing always seems fair and they work quickly to get you in and out within reasonable time. Would highly recommend!
This amazing company came to our rescue on short notice. They moved things around to accommodate us and keep our truck on the road. Customer service at it's finest. Thanks for being so awesome. We appreciate you.
