Let me start by saying I've been a loyal customer for many years. I have 3 chain pet stores within 5 minutes of my house but I choose to drive the 20 minutes to support a local business. Unfortunately that's probably the last time I do. We arrived at 11:55 to find the store wasn't open. Their website says they opened at 10am. No big deal. I live down the street and every staff there is always so helpful and they know there fish!! Very nice people. Highly recommend

Love this place! Been coming here for years for fish, help on ferrets and any other question about a pet or pet products we have had, and the staff is ALWAYS educated and helpful. Gem in the neighbor for sure.
