I have joined weight loss program at this clinic. What I like the most about its program is that I learned how to be mindful in my diet. It is not just a diet, it is a new approach for the life.
I find this weightloss program very effective ,and easy to follow. I have lost 15 lbs. in the first 2 months of the program. It is not dieting, but a personalized menu plan just made for me. I have joined weight loss program at this clinic, and it is very easy to follow. The personalized menuplan with MRS - therapy for my pain and metabolism was very helpfull to lose my stubbern 7 lbs. I really liked the options on my menuplan and the every week session I had to change my eating habits. Hedie has helped me with my indigestion that I had for many years.
