I have lived here now for over a year and I absolutely love living here. MS.NIKKI in the office is amazing and is always staying on top of any requests that I have. The maintenance team is amazing. Kevin and the other guys work hard to keep up the units and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. They may not be a 10 star place but ya know they are clean, nice, pleasant and in my opinion the 2 bedroom I have is plenty big enough for me. Nikki Ray is by far the worst property manger I’ve dealt with. Units look the same from 2010. Trash overfilled damaged railings. They only care about the rent that’s due not the tenants or upkeep. Oh and now your guests have to pay to park
Fast in move in but not recommend. Sink leaking rats in your house.. maintenance sucks
I just moved into this 2 bedroom apartment this week and I can’t tell you how accommodating the staff at the office were. Nikki and Betty were the best ladies ever to make this move a breeze. I totally recommend this place for how easy it was to move into. Thank you both so much!
