They were very reliable and fast acting when I first found them. Now ? They will take my call but speak to another customer that is there in person versus giving me their attention and helping me. Or they will stop just to speak to coworkers while in the middle of helping you on the phone. Makes you feel unseen, and unheard. I’ve been trying to reach them for a few days now to get car insurance but they don’t ever text back. I liked them at first ! Idk what happened , envy? Jealousy? I’ll pray for them .
Nias Insurance Agency truly goes above and beyond for their clients. They are very affordable, genuinely caring, and willing to work overtime when needed. You can tell they actually care about the people they serve, not just the policies. Highly recommend!
