Everyone was friendly. And I was in and out quickly. Love this place!
The customer service here was absolutely terrible. Never will I come here again for the simple reason of the workers being very rude and careless towards me. Specifically the oversized black old lady with glasses with the short gray Afro. I had lost my ID, for the past 15 minutes as I’m looking for my ID in the office she called security on me because she thinks I’m searching behind a worker’s desk, Which I don’t know how she thought because I was literally beside a worker’s desk, looking in a box full of IDs. the wide black... read more
I love this place, it's very convenient and the people that work here are the best
I went last week without an appointment to get a Real ID and Sondra and Dierdra went above and beyond’s nd to help me have a wonderful experience. Everyone was super friendly and the Nia Center is a lovely building. My 30 minute drive to get there was totally worth it.
