So disappointed, got there early, waited until appointment time and then a neighboring business came and told me they were closed! Had massage there before, thought they were great! Wonder what happened?
Booked 12pm appt for today and place is closed. Phones go to vm. Also I left a message and no one returned my call even though I got a text at 10 confirming noon appointment. One thing not to even be there but another to not even return a call. I noticed they only respond to their good reviews and ignore the ones complaining. Terrible business practice.
Make sure to call to book and confirm your appointment. I would not recommend booking online. Hours on their door are inaccurate as well as their availability on their booking portal I received two texts confirming / reminding me of my appointment as well as an email. My appointment was Sunday at 11:45a. I get there at 11:30a. The doors are locked with no one in the building. I have made 2 different appointments and 1 was canceled by them and today no one showed up. I drove 40 minutes for the appointment. And no one called or showed up to the location. Bad business. Absolutely terrible
10/10 my massage was so so so good. I didn’t have an appointment but they got me booked right away. The therapist at Ni was awesome, checked to make sure pressure was good and I got everything I asked for. I can’t recommend this place enough.
