Horrible experience!!!! My braider was late more than 30 mins for my 1st and second visit and the last time she braided my hair it was horribly parted and some of my braids fell off at work! It costs way too much to have horrible service. Do not go here!!!

Hour late just opening up. Very slow and they don't care. 12 hours spent because someone didnt care. They will waste your time.

I have waited over a month to make this review, because I believe in giving people chances to correct their wrong. I made an appointment for my son to get cornrows on June 9th, and paid the deposit. Showed up for my appointment and was told to come back in an hour. I made it clear it wasn’t acceptable to ask someone to come back in an hour, I was blown off as “well you’re only 20mins away, not a big deal.” THAT IS NOT THE POINT. Had an appointment here made a week in advance online as required by the salon. Called ahead an hour before my appointment to confirm. Arrived at the salon and waited 40 mins, no stylist. After calling the salon multiple times with no answer, I finally got a hold of someone and they told me the stylist was sick and they couldn’t find anyone else. Why didn’t they tell me an hour before when I called ahead?? Such a poor experience and definitely will not be coming here ever again.
