I have waited over a month to make this review, because I believe in giving people chances to correct their wrong. I made an appointment for my son to get cornrows on June 9th, and paid the deposit. Showed up for my appointment and was told to come back in an hour. I made it clear it wasn’t acceptable to ask someone to come back in an hour, I was blown off as “well you’re only 20mins away, not a big deal.” THAT IS NOT THE POINT. Had an appointment here made a week in advance online as required by the salon. Called ahead an hour before my appointment to confirm. Arrived at the salon and waited 40 mins, no stylist. After calling the salon multiple times with no answer, I finally got a hold of someone and they told me the stylist was sick and they couldn’t find anyone else. Why didn’t they tell me an hour before when I called ahead?? Such a poor experience and definitely will not be coming here ever again.

I called in to get a silk press and I left with an overcharged poor flat iron job. My braids look amazing, but the establishment was very messy and disgusting. I have called ahead of time to schedule my appointment. The scheduler wasn't at the establishment. The hairstylist that were there Had no clue that I had an appointment. There was hair everywhere. The she was using on my hair had somebody else's already on it.
