Staff was friendly but I checked in at around 6pm and didn’t leave until midnight. My pet wasn’t on the verge of dying so I get why we kept getting pushed to the back of the line, but it sure sucks since we paid an arm and a leg for our care and weren’t given any sort of discount for waiting as long as we did. I’m grateful they were open but the wait was exhausting and the prices were outrageous.
Dr. Rainbow and staff saved my fur baby's eye. We had to have emergency surgery. Which he did right away. They are all very kind and compassionate.
Very thankful for this vet, my little pup suddenly lost her sight and the emergency vet told us to go to a specialist because they didn’t have the equipment to diagnose her. In the distress of looking for a vet ophthalmologist, NHVS had an appointment available within a couple of days. The vet was able to see her, examine her, and give her medicine that gave her back her sight. Thank you so much!
Very slow service. I could have drove to Oklahoma by the time they saw me dog.
