Unsafe working environment with 80% Mexican or south of the border illigal immigrants. You dont get regular raises or reviews, i should know because i wasted 3 years of my life there. They almost never fix anything there because they dont have maintenance people, even though they employ over 300 people. very bad a unsafe environment that does not care about there employees uses broken dies to make parts that is dangerous and will not replace them because they are lazy trainers are lazy and dont want to train you your entire shift and send you home
