Caring staff makes all the difference, and the Dr.Vo is very special.
Excellent and what I like the most is that it DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) 500 extra hours of training.
Dr. Vo is very sweet and attentive. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I just wish she didn't wear the mask all the time. She is hard to understand sometimes. Also I think some of the prescriptions ordered were redundant, and I had told her I couldn't afford a lot.
During a recent visit, a medical assistant asked my wife unprompted whether she needed a translator. When she expressed surprise, she claimed my wife’s chart said she spoke Vietnamese. My wife is not Vietnamese and speaks fluent English, and that information was not in the chart.
