Unfortunately, there is a strong sense of racism among the staff that I never seen before . If you are not purely British, I would not recommend going there. Honestly
No problem donating, really easy and calm, daily phone calls 2 weeks later asking me to donate again have put me off returning
Staff here are the friendliest people ever, from entering to exiting I was taken care of and entertained! Had a lovely chat with one of the staff while giving blood, made the time go quicker then also had a nice chat with a lady while eating some snacks before leaving. Will return when I can. 🩸
