This is by far the worst nhs service I've ever interacted with. I had anorexia and all they did was do blood tests. Then sent me a day group. Where I asked a question about what I should be eating to be weight restored and the 'psychologist' told me 'there's no winning at recovery you know'. A year later I relapsed because I'd had no support. When I called them for help they asked me what I weighed now (I'm not kiddin) I taken aback told them and they said I was too heavy to be classed as anorexic now and I could seek out so... read more
Appalling, and frankly a disgrace. They either need propelling into the modern world or shuttling down.
I owe my life to this place my case manager I had Vicky Robinson with her constant encouragement and support I finally got to the place I always wanted to be I can finally say I am in recovery now and no longer under eating disorders services I will never forget the amazing support I received I am so thankful my case manager helped me to stay in the community and continue to be with my son I can happily say I am now looking into care work this is an amazing place to go for help you need to give u the life you truly deserve t... read more
Disjointed service, conflicting advice and parents not kept informed. I have no faith in this service really.
