I really don't get the bad reviews. This is a free service, that were lucky to have. The fact it can take a couple of weeks to start shouldn't warrant a review, it's a free service that can be really beneficial. This is the second time I've been referred to talking therapy and both times it has really helped. I want to shout out Miranda (who has helped me with employment support) and Sonia (who has been the therapist and is great at listening to me and offering support and coping mechanisms). When sending out text messages with appointments. Would be helpful to explain where you need to go. Especially when there are 3practices in the same building. Causes more anxiety and then cannot face the appointment

My therapist has really helped me and I find the reception staff very helpful and easy to communicate with. The Reading campus is also a lovely place for a walk around after a session to reflect.

No help just make you feel worse about yourself. Make it look like oh everyone gets anxious and then claim ways of keeping it in control. They know nothing just all what they been told. Don't trust any of these run by outisde companies, all about getting good amount of figures to join them to gain money.
