I was slightly late and didn’t let me in and then a woman after me was late and she said she knows the manager so she was seen and allowed to go in. I am surprised how there is discrimination and differentiation between people even when it comes to health. Shame on you and shame on whoever responsible in this GU department who allows such behaviour !!!
Always had great service here the staff are amazing especially as I have a phobia with needles... they were compassionate and understanding... managed to take blood from me by the back of the hand and all was well... I have been there 6 times now and every time the staff have been wonderful. Though the phone line you use to make an appointment does take a long time to get through, and now that I know this I just asked the staff when was a quiet time to phone and book and was told when to call all good...
