Today experience was do bad, I left the practice feeling humiliated and volrunbale. while I was waiting for my appointment, a doctor came to the reception, and discussed a blood test’s results with the receptionist and both had expressed their frustration, as why an appointment was booked. The worst experience of my life, I have not received any help from them, in fact with their way of doing things my condition has worsened, I do not understand the positive comments. I honestly believe that the positive comments are written by people who work there. The staff is arrogant, rude, proud, they are not professional. The doctors are the worst, they do not want to help, they are only interested in stealing money from the state. Better dead than going there. The worst place in the world

This is the worst GP I have ever seen. They don't give appointments and the staff are very bad at their work and they don't care about any patient.

Absolutely pathetic. Impossible to get an appointment. Call at 7.59 and lines are closest. Call at 8 and Impossible to get through.. have to wait at least 30 mins to be told no more appointment left. Same story online.. when you turn up in person the receptionists are chatting. No wonder no-one is picking calls. Only way to get in is Call 111 who will then get your gp to call back.
