Ring for help after been told to ring them and get rejected and refused to be told they're not there for phone calls absolute waste of time anything to with or involving Navigo is just a waste they don't do anything an if anything makes everything worse horrible
Very good (if you're suffering from something under their remit). At all times listened to and respected and well informed on the process. On the adult side of things things may be different, but their youth specific service is very good. The only downsides are the waitlists (on adult side, on the youth side they're not too bad), but that's really the case in every area and clinicians and administrative staff are really trying their hardest.
