We had a medical emergency while in Inverness and the NHS paramedics were wonderful. Caring, kind and meticulous to take care of the situation. We appreciate them!

Unfortunately has hit Rock bottom couldn’t get any worse or maybe 😞
Shocking - you get to number 1 in queue and then your hung up on!!!
Unfortunately terrible service. Waiting at the emergency department over 2 hours ,no attention at all. I do appreciate there are priorities, still our case is as important as any other. Why am I paying national insurance contribution? To sit at the emergency for hours.
