I was really nervous for the blood test but Debbie and the other lady were so kind and wonderful, they chatted with me throughout and did the whole process nicely.Thankyou
Convenient location ,lots of different services
Have to have fortnightly bloods done. This place is fantastic! Staff are lovely, chatty and reassuring. Never waited longer than 20 minutes.
Terrible experience. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Everyone in line before me was asked details about appointment such as name address etc. i was only asked my name and sent in to the waiting area. Everyone sat inside prior to me arriving and those who arrived after me were seen within 10/15 minutes. I was waiting for 45 minutes until i was alone inside and decided to ask receptionist why I wasn’t being seen.
