Sat and waited 90+mins for a blood test, then when I come home they call and say sorry we didn't take the right samples you need to come back now, and if I can't come back right away then I'll have to start the process all over again, no offer of an appointment for their error, just if you can't come back right now then back to the end of the line! What a joke. I have to take more time out of work and more time worrying because the staff can't follow simple instructions and do their job!
They need a time and motion person sat watching, one patient every 20 mins, but the people I saw going in were stood outside 7 mins later , but near closing time and they call you every 5 minutes
