Hot mess of a department. Rude reception, queues out the door, tell you to go through doors then leave them locked and make you feel a nuisance for questioning. Hope I never have to attend here again
Attended for CT scan today. Lovely staff, quiet and clean environment. Seen on time and reassured throughout. Thank you all
Travelled to this place twice today for a blood test. Too busy at lunchtime so had to leave. Arrived back after work (another round trip of over an hour) sat patiently waiting for an hour. Suspected nurse was dragging it out so she could tell us she couldn’t fit us in, and that’s exactly what happened. She could have told us an hour earlier that she didn’t have time, but she waited till the last minute. Shocking time management skills and zero empathy.
