I did a phone call this morning to request information and to send a email for his manager, the lady on shift at Shapphire at 11:30am, today 20/05/2025 answered the phone call very rude,agressive and screamming and turned off the phone refusing share more information about his manager email and his social worker emails.I was not sure if she is member of his team,she is very unprofessional and not qualified to work in health and social care sector.This is a cause of big concerns and investigation.If this lady has this actitud... read more
