Biggest joke. You have to have a referral to be seen. If you have to be seen, YOU HAVE TO BE SEEN! Turning away people bc of no referral is a the biggest scam
My PA recommended this doctor. I got a message to call. I called left a message. They never called back.
Dr. Susie Platt is a good doctor and I believe she seemed genuinely concern and tried to help me. No problems there. However, Novant in general is awful. I have an issue that I was being seen for that keeps me from driving occasionally. I called to change my appt to a video call (which I had done before). I “checked-in” online and it went as normal.
