If I had my way, they wouldn't even receive 1 star. My husband came home with a gapping hole from an emergency surgery and also has a PICC line. Home Care came out 2 times. Their 2nd time out, they told him they were discharging him because there was no one at home to teach to pack his wound when they couldn't come out. That's fine but I work and it's just my husband and myself. All they had to do was let me know this and I could had made arrangements to be home so they could show me. I received exceptional care from my therapists. I was up and walking in no time. They all were professional and I would recommend them again. I also had no issues with them coming out to see me. They were there when they told us they would be.
