I have been here twice now and it has been absolutely exceptional. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been to anywhere let alone a medical facility and immediately felt the need to leave positive feedback. The staff here is probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered from start to finish. They are very organized and on top of everything. It definitely made what could’ve been a very enjoyable situation beyond manageable. I truly wish other places took notes from this office. Keep being amazing ☺️
I have been twice now for my mammograms and I will say Robin is absolutely amazing! She really makes you feel comfortable and explains everything to you! Alex at the front desk is a delight to talk to you! She's amazing! Great place!!!!
I had an excellent experience at Novant Health Imaging! From the front desk staff to the technicians and students who took me through my procedure. Everyone I encountered was friendly, accommodating, and efficient! I was in and out of my esophagram in less time than it took to drive there. Would be happy to go here anytime I need additional imaging in the future and highly recommend it.
