I have been here twice now and it has been absolutely exceptional. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been to anywhere let alone a medical facility and immediately felt the need to leave positive feedback. The staff here is probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered from start to finish. They are very organized and on top of everything. It definitely made what could’ve been a very unenjoyable situation beyond manageable. I truly wish other places took notes from this office. Keep being amazing ☺️
My experience at novant radiology new Hanover medical Plaza Center was exceptional and I gave them a five star review. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking. The facility was very nice inside with plenty of seating, very clean organized, and they are very timely with their appointments. That seems to be something across the board with Novant. Went to get my Bone Density test Great staff here Unlike past experiences I've had in other areas of Novant Health complex Here I was greated with a smile The lady that did my intake greeted me by name Barely sat down when I was called back young lady introduce herself explained everything Very pleasant experience The entire division was clean & well maintained
My recent MRI at the Novant Imaging Center went very well. The registrar Sherry and the 2 MRI technicians, Andrew and Cooper, made my exam there a stress free experience. Thank you all.
The friendliest staff who always make you comfortable- and they are super timely.
