Good luck getting someone on the phone and when you do they’ll be rude and hang up in your face if I could give no stars I would.
Literally IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone - I have been on hold for at least 90 minutes total today. Once I finally got a representative on the phone, she put me on hold for 22+ minutes and then hung up.
I was diagnosed with prostate, never a pleasant thing to hear, so I was referred to the Medical Mall for a Ct scan and bone scan. These people could not have been nicer or better prepared. My appointment was at 10:30am and Ai was taken in right on time. My second test was at 12:30pm and I was taken in early. Sam at the desk was a real gentleman.
