The only reason why I don't recommend... Staff were for the most part helpful and friendly the only thing I didn't get was the returns policy. it says 30 days for refund and exchange but when I went to swap a jersey I was told it was not returnable and all sales were final. What's the point with having any returns policy. Manager be aware is rude and condescending, the staff are good just the manager is a extremely rude and needs a lecture in customer service and relations.

Great store! Could've spent all day in there! Very happy to walk in and grab my St. Louis Blues Stanley Cup hat since we were in New York! Now I won't have to wait
This is a must visit for every hockey fan. So many amazing things to choose from and extremely skilled and friendly people working there.
Awesome and helpful staff. And more than happy to talk about British ice hockey too!
