Good service
I booked an appointment at 11:00 AM for a flu vaccine for my child. I arrived on time and waited for about half an hour, but then one of the staff members came and told me that they couldn’t give the vaccine because all the pharmacy staff were busy. They asked me to come back after 1:30 or 2:30 PM instead. Honestly, I don’t understand the meaning of booking an appointment if it’s not honoured. It feels like a complete waste of time. Very disappointing experience.
Advertise as free delivery in services but charge 6 quid for delivery of prescriptions.
Waiting times are ridiculous.... whether its waiting in shop or waiting for the phone to be answered... staff are casually having a laugh in the back instead of doing their jobs. Last time i was in, it took staf 10 mins to even see me ...i was the only one at the counter. Update see attached 10 mins to not answer the phone.. Staff needs a lot more urgency ... horrible service
