I sincerely wish I could give less than one star. Since this HOA takeover, we’ve faced issue after issue. There was no proper payment portal set up, nor were residents given proper notice. Now, our water has been shut off without any prior warning. My husband and I both called multiple times but were sent to voicemail. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Christina in the Greenville NHE office has been so helpful in the process of moving into the Montebello community. I have also had the chance to work with her closely on the clubhouse committee and she is helpful, professional and creative with ideas to make all processes with rentals within the community flow smoothly. Christina has gone out of her way several times to meet with us personally to share her knowledge from other communities. Thanks to Bella too for also being helpful with rentals! Mr.
