Nurses, doctors, CNA's, laundry, food prep...all very attentive, friendly, cating and attentive to my dad and other residents. I wish there was a direct line to call to see how a patient/resident is doing, what kind of night they had ...etc., without having to physically be there to find out.

Our Mom is here ow & has been for 5 days. I honestly don’t know how anyone could leave a bad review. She has Dementia & a fracture in her spine. She’s a fall risk . And can be a bit moody some days. They check in on her every 45 min., PT is great, the meals are brought to her but if she was more Mobil there’s a nice cafeteria. She currently lives in assisted living in Whitehouse memory care. But we love it here so much we are thinking of moving her here.

This place is a JOKE! They treat their poor patients like actual prisoners. They’re BEYOND neglectful. Do not send your loved ones here expecting even decent care. Please check in on them as often as possible if you have no other option but to send them here. They ignore call lights for hours while patients are needing help. They take away essential supplements and other medications from patients. They are hateful to family members and serve food that no one would want to eat.
