This place is a JOKE! They treat their poor patients like actual prisoners. They’re BEYOND neglectful. Do not send your loved ones here expecting even decent care. Please check in on them as often as possible if you have no other option but to send them here. They ignore call lights for hours while patients are needing help. They take away essential supplements and other medications from patients. They are hateful to family members and serve food that no one would want to eat. I’d leave zero stars if I could. I cannot put int words how horrifying this place is. I’ve always heard terrible things but until you witness it first hand, you can’t even believe it. They treat these patients worse than prisoners. I feel so badly for the poor pitiful victims of this place that have no advocates or loved ones checking in on them. The extra star is because it’s a nice place on the inside and some people are good. However, keep your family out of this place for rehab. Some workers were hard to find when you needed something because they were out in their car and nobody knew (we later confirmed this was common with someone who previously worked there, especially at night).
