The extra star is because it’s a nice place on the inside and some people are good. However, keep your family out of this place for rehab. Some workers were hard to find when you needed something because they were out in their car and nobody knew (we later confirmed this was common with someone who previously worked there, especially at night). My mom received Good care here when shechad her hip replacement rehab
My mother has been there nearly a month and had no progress. The lack of communication amongst the staff is mind blowing. They do not follow through on things they say they will do. Waiting 45 min for a light to be answered and then food that hard and can’t even cut with a fork. If we would have known all this definitely would have chose somewhere else. And now looking for new place
