Our Mom is here ow & has been for 5 days. I honestly don’t know how anyone could leave a bad review. She has Dementia & a fracture in her spine. She’s a fall risk . And can be a bit moody some days. They check in on her every 45 min., PT is great, the meals are brought to her but if she was more Mobil there’s a nice cafeteria. She currently lives in assisted living in Whitehouse memory care. But we love it here so much we are thinking of moving her here.
This place is a JOKE! They treat their poor patients like actual prisoners. They’re BEYOND neglectful. Do not send your loved ones here expecting even decent care. Please check in on them as often as possible if you have no other option but to send them here. They ignore call lights for hours while patients are needing help. They take away essential supplements and other medications from patients. They are hateful to family members and serve food that no one would want to eat. I’d leave zero stars if I could. I cannot put int words how horrifying this place is. I’ve always heard terrible things but until you witness it first hand, you can’t even believe it. They treat these patients worse than prisoners. I feel so badly for the poor pitiful victims of this place that have no advocates or loved ones checking in on them.
