Understaffed, poor communication, call lights not answered in a timely manner. Nurse Tech Shante Abusive to patients. Nurse's complained of having 60 patients. Head nurse H. very rude, unprofessional! FNP very attentive and good with patients. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have trust issues or can't visit on a regular basis.
My father was at NHC recently for rehab. My father has alzheimer's as well as a feeding tube, I know he can be very difficult at times. The staff were all very friendly and patient with him. Everyone was amazing. Thank you so much for everything!
My father is very happy here. They call me anytime they have a question or concern and we come up with a solution together. My Dad frequently says "they take good care of me here, honey".
