This is a very clean and sanitized building. Patients are important to NHC.
My Mom would call for a bed pan and have to wait so long she soiled herself - time and time again. This caused skin breakdown on her behind and, as a diabetic, this can result in critical wound issues. NHC staff are woefully overworked, underpaid, and understaffed to a point that it’s unsafe for the patient and staff. Think twice about sending your loved one here.
