Best rehabilitation center ever I recommend going to this place because this is where my grandpa went after he got hurt at his house and he was sent to holston valley medical center then he was transported the rehab at NHC and they were super nice and they also took him to his cancer doctor appointment by the van and took him back to his rehabilitation room these staff were nice to take him and my mom to take my grandpa to the cancer doctor center at ballad health medical associates cancer center at Indian path community hos... read more
Excellent care for your loved one. Nice facility - well kept and managed. My family member received excellent care, proper therapy and strong support. Iris was an excellent advocate for his health and Aaron did a fantastic job staying on top of the most pressing concerns. There's a reason this is the best facility in Kingsport.
When you have lovely people caring for your father, such as MIA and SARAH, STEPHANIE, DANIELLE you are blessed.
Recovered there for about 3 months following surgical complications . Nursing, management, rehab and food was excellent. My thanks to all of their staff and management.
I was a patient at NHC a few months back . The nurses, CNA , therapist. Cafeteria workers and anyone else that I had contact with were the best you can find. Had a very pretty room decorated great. I felt like I was on vacation instead of a medical facility. If you or your family has to go to a nursing facility, choosing NHC will be a wise choice. ✝️✝️✝️
