My father went there three times after a stay in the hospital to get stronger and be able to transfer safely. Last visit he would fall out of his wheelchair and I told them it was probably his ears. Finally they had someone clean them out and he stopped falling. He needed a bed again and they turned him down because he requires “more work” than the average patient. They are all about the bottom dollar and really don’t care about relationships or patients.
The best place to be. The workers are so kind & helpful. Iwould not want to be any other place. Food is good. Rehab is really good. They really work with you and are kind.
Exceptional care for my grandmother; she's a frequent flyer and has been treated with utmost kindness in whichever wing she is placed in.
If I could give zero stars to this place, I absolutely would. The only advice I can give to everyone or anyone thinking about sending their loved ones there is don’t do it. My fiancé was in there for two weeks. I was not allowed to speak with her nor allowed to visit nor was her mother or father.They are heartless people that just care about is a paycheck. They are VERY neglectful and VERY disrespectful…but they have to live with that. That’s my experience with this place that’s supposed to take “good care” of their patients... read more
Best rehabilitation center ever I recommend going to this place because this is where my grandpa went after he got hurt at his house and he was sent to holston valley medical center then he was transported the rehab at NHC and they were super nice and they also took him to his cancer doctor appointment by the van and took him back to his rehabilitation room these staff were nice to take him and my mom to take my grandpa to the cancer doctor center at ballad health medical associates cancer center at Indian path community hos... read more
