The staff here is so ridiculously rude to the residents it's unbelievable when you call to complain the administrator wants to tell you that she wasn't in the room and neither were you when all reality I was in the room for a couple of the occasions and spoke to one of the administrators yesterday about this it seems to be a consistent ongoing problem if you love your loved ones do not place them here. Needs better management. Floor staff is great but overworked and can’t get a day off without getting pointed and counted as a call in. Employees are not being took care of so they don’t last long and of course residents don’t get proper care when staff is short and burned out.
The bathrooms all stunk to high heavens of poop. There were dirty briefs in all the trash cans and trash was falling out of it. The staff was rude. They yelled at this one girl. It looked like she was from an agency. She was wearing a badge that didn’t say the name of the facility. I watched her. She was trying really hard, but all everyone seemed to care about was housekeeping, claiming that state was coming in. Highly recommended nursing facility, my Grandmother has been there for several years. Staff is very respectful and professional towards residents, and family members!
