Bought a 2012 Ford Taurus from NHB 1 year ago. The customer service was great at first and they were reasonably priced, and I'm mostly happy with the vehicle I purchased.. however The vehicle they sold me had no working key fobs, and replacing them was part of the purchase agreement.
