Waited almost 3 hours past appointment time to see Dr. Nguyen. And he walked in the room and talked for only 5 mins about meds to continue taking. I asked him for refills on important meds that I’ve ran out 1 month ago and he said he is only doing my refill for 3 months because he wants me to see him every month just for him to talk to me for 5 mins and make me wait 3 hours. It’s ridiculous, he just wants to bill me continuously for appointments that aren’t needed. He also comes off condescending. Would not recommend.
