They really need to improve their communication. I texted them to inquire if they had a certain item and got a "yes" response. But when I went to the store, they do not have the item (and no, it was not out of stock; they just don't sell it). Basically wasted my time/energy. If you are looking for Chinese herbs/medicine or certain specialty food items and happen to be nearby, they are ok (not great, not bad). But if you can get it online, just get it online; it's much easier.
