This year is the 3rd year receiving service from them. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Andrea is so welcoming. I will continue to use Saigon tax services!!!
Been going here for a long time, I heard about them from my parents who also have been going with them for a while. I've personally always had a great experience! The price is reasonable and the customer service is excellent.
I have called multiple times and left multiple messages and no one can be bothered to return my call. We are experiencing issues with our property tax refund and when we call Saigon Tax, their office is by appt only so you have to leave a message. Unfortunately, no one can bothered to return a simple phone call.
