Really excellent BBQ contest! 72 teams competing for cash and trophy awards. Keep in mind, from 11:30 to 1:30 the teams are laser focused on making up their best entries in the contest, so they won't have time to chat! There are multiple food venders at the contest, including my favorite: Lapp Valley Ice Cream!

What a disappointment! Went on Saturday about 1pm, good parking, not so many people. The competitors for the BBQ were busy & not really interested in interacting with the public. Their are were roaped off with yellow tape! Now there's the best part! This is advertised as a BBQ event, but nobody and I mean nobody was selling pork or beef ribs, beef brisket or sides!
