Trey and Wayne at NH Southern were and still are absolutely phenomenal. You normally only hear bad experiences from people who have built houses, but that is not the case with NH Southern. Everyone we know who has used them would happily use them again. They are honest, realistic, and extremely responsive. Have and would recommend them to anyone.

We used NH Southern to build our dream home and couldn't have been happier. Trey, Wayne, and team were great to work with and always delivered. This being our first home to build, the team was patient with us as we made different decisions and Trey was there personally when we met with suppliers to help us through the selection process.
