Based on recent service call and quote for entire tankless system I give NH Ross a solid 5 rating. Both the technician, John, and sales rep., Jose were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Our cast iron boiler did the job for the last 23 years, however, recently the unit was costing us money so with the guidance of John @ Jose and some research we opted to go with the tankless system. Gayle at dispatch was incredibly kind and immediately prioritized us the moment she heard we had live exposed wires. Paul and Cole showed up in 20 minutes — twenty! — diagnosed everything on the spot, explained it clearly, and were honestly just a blast to have around. We brought in John the plumber for a leak and he was just as fast, just as great. I liked them all so much I signed up for their inspection subscription before they even left.
