Gayle at dispatch was incredibly kind and immediately prioritized us the moment she heard we had live exposed wires. Paul and Cole showed up in 20 minutes — twenty! — diagnosed everything on the spot, explained it clearly, and were honestly just a blast to have around. Dan provided excellent service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional and punctual, and was incredibly knowledgeable. Called with an emergency — a burst hot water heating pipe behind the basement wall. I contacted the office at 10 a.m., and the plumber was onsite within 2 hours. Mike F. was courteous, professional, and confident. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He made a minimal cut through the sheetrock to access the pipe and was very careful.
