My experience with NH Ross so far in the past week has been great. On 6/18 They sent Eli to my house for an AC tune up and he caught something that another Long Island company did not the last time they were here. Essentially I was having issues with my Air handler that were unknown because they didn’t do a complete check. Dan G did a great job. He explained the issue with the AC thoroughly. Very knowledgeable. He was patient professional and friendly. He put a temporary fix. In place. Brian and Rob came today to install the new AC unit. They were extremely professional. They explained what they were doing and what was done very clearly. They took good care of the house putting down the cloths on the floor. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend NH Ross!
Todd was great ! From the moment he walked in. He took his time and diagnosed my boiler issue correctly after being misdiagnosed and almost scammed by another company. He fixed the problem but still no heat. He rechecked and notice a pipe cold/ frozen. Suggested we put portable heater near crawl space but still said he will come back the next day to make sure all good. Price was little high but not sure what these things go for. Best service & Air Cond. Company around! Our AC went out last night. NH Ross Co.came early in the morning the Next day. Their #1 repair man Daniel G was Fantastic!!.. NH Ross even sent another Truck, with a Better replacement Transformer! The New and original part failed!! They did not charge me for any extra time!! Daniel G made sure that all worked!! He was friendly, thorough, and made sure to make sure I understood everything he was doing or that needed to be done. Can’t stress enough how much I truly appreciate that because electric isn’t exactly my forte!
