Boot camp is great. Marie's high energy is contagious. It's never boring, she often tries new things to kick it up a notch. I am looking forward to going back.
Can't wait to get started with boot camp! Never would have thought I missed exercising so much, but I do... Need to lose the covid pounds so bad and Marie is a super motivator to keep the group upbeat and fun. Miss my workout buddies and hope to see all of them when we get started again! Marie is by far the best person I have ever worked with when it comes to trying to lose weight. I've always been a heavy overweight person and I've tried multiple different diets and exercises.
